At Evolve Painting, we always stand behind our work and that’s why we guarantee our customers 100% satisfaction. In order for us to make sure our customers are completely satisfied we have two different policies:
Evolve Painting Three Month Open Contract Policy
After you’ve had a chance to review and sign off on your painting job, we keep your project open for the next three months giving you plenty of time to ensure perfection. If you’re not satisfied, we will come back and fix it with no cost to you. We guarantee no surprise fees or charges.
Evolve Painting Two Year Limited Warranty
We also offer a two year guarantee which means that if paint failure appears, subject to certain exclusions listed below, we will also come back and repair it for no charge. Provided you have paid the full contract price and have kept the original invoice and receipt, we will fix any peeling, blistering and cracking that appeared as a result of our workmanship.
We will not be held responsible for the following:
- Any work or products used not performed by Evolve Painting.
- Repairs to surfaces that allow moisture to collect, including but not limited to, decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and gutters.
- An exact paint match as environmental conditions will affect the colour and finish of all paints over time. Nor will we repair any bleeding caused by knots, rust or cedar.
- Cracks in drywall, plaster or wood. Any cracks apparent before we begin painting will be properly repaired, but will not be covered under this warranty.
- Ordinary wear and tear or any cases of abnormal use or misuse.
- Peeling of layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by Evolve Painting.
- Structural defects, settling or movement.
We provide all of our customers with a written contract explaining these terms in depth as well as a verbal explanation so that there are no surprises.
